1. What is included in my ticket?

Your tickets include entry, lunch and DJs and entertainment for five hours. Pre ordered table packages can be added to your table for arrival.

2. Are hen parties welcome?

Yes Butterfly Brunch operates a HEN GOES FREE policy and we will always accommodate Hen parties in fancy dress (within reason). We do offer hen party packages to help make it that little bit more unique for your bride to be. Please contact us for for more information at least 14 days before the event.

3. Can I book a table?

Tickets must be booked in table groups, we do not accept single ticket bookings unless it is adding on to an existing table booking up to a number of 10 per booking. Our tables are booked for guests of 8 to 10. Larger groups will be given a collection of tables in one area if they do not fit on one table.

4. What food will be on the menu?

Our menu’s change per event as we aim to keep things fresh and themed around the date. We will usually have menus prior to the event so will release them via our social media platforms.

5. Do you have anything special for birthdays?

Yes we offer table packages/ personalised cake boxes that you can add BEFORE the event. Please contact us to discuss these via email 14 days before the event.

6. Do you cater for food allergies, GF & vegans requirements?

We will ALWAYS cater for this. Just drop us an email with any special requirements at least 14 days before the event and we will make sure this is catered for.

7. Do you require pre-orders on food?

For all our events food will need to be pre ordered in advance a minimum of 14 days prior. A menu will be sent to the lead party to organise.

8. What’s the difference between ‘Butterfly Brunch,’ ‘Social Butterflies’& ‘Butterfly Supper Club?’

Social Butterflies is a series of outdoor events in beautiful gardens and country manors. Theses events are a fabulous offering of sparkling afternoon tea with our usual bespoke decor and fabulous DJs and entertainment. Butterfly Supperclub is a unique evening experience incorporating all that Butterfly Brunch has to offer.

9. What happens if we buy tickets then can’t make an event?

Due to the bespoke nature of our events all tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
